Once a campaign starts, your order can be placed. Campaigns will only stay open for a limited period of time. Once they close, the order goes in and you will have your item in a (semi) short period of time.
A portion of all campaign sales will be donated to our selected rescue. Follow our social media pages to find out more about the rescue!
These days it’s considered an inconvenience to not receive items right away, however we wanted the shop style to stay true to our values. We keep a very limited quantity in house and only print what is needed for a campaign order. We also ship in house (rather than drop shipping) so we can use eco-friendly materials instead of plastic. These practices help to prevent wasting unnecessary resources. We truly appreciate your support and hope you are proud of the care that goes into your order.
Shipping & Delivery
- All orders will ship within 14 days after a campaign has officially closed.
- Standard shipping is a $5 flat rate within the U.S.
- Free local pickup is available to Des Moines residents. Enter code LOCAL at checkout to avoid the shipping charge.
- Expedited shipping rates are shown at check out.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products and want you to be 100% satisfied! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly. If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or message us through Facebook and we will rectify this right away.
All returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of the purchase date. There will be no exceptions.
Mail returns/exchanges to us with your order number and date, and instructions for return/exchange (i.e. different color, size). Be sure to provide a phone number or the best email address to contact you if we have questions.
++ We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, are covered in animal hair, or that have overwhelming smells (perfumes, oils, etc.). All returned items must be in original, unworn and unwashed condition. ++
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to Kind Roots (unless the item is defective or we made an error in your shipment). This applies to all first exchanges. Shipping for any additional exchanges on the order are the customer's responsibility.
We do not refund shipping costs for returned items, unless the item is defective.
